Fairphone, a new Dutch mobile phone brand, has launched Fairphone smartphones that are modular, easy to repair, and environmentally sustainable, allowing users to replace the batteries themselves for parts. In addition, it has recently released its first true wireless noise-canceling headphones, Fairbuds. It also adopts a modular design, and the earphones and charging box are detachable for easy replacement of parts and repairs. It is priced at 150 euros (approximately NT$5,210) and will be launched in various European countries and regions from now on.
Fairphone officials stated that Fairbuds earphones are made of recycled waste materials. There are two built-in batteries on the left and right of the earphones and batteries in the earphone charging box. If the battery life deteriorates or malfunctions occur in future use, users can purchase battery parts on the official website, and only It can be repaired and replaced by yourself using only a screwdriver without throwing away the entire pair of headphones. It also provides a three-year headphone warranty.

The only drawback is that the headset uses AAC/SBC audio encoding format with lower compression rate and does not support high-resolution LDAC audio encoding technology.
