“Appeal” success? iPhone 11 retest DxOMark score soaring

After changing the test method, the well-known digital photography product evaluation website DxOMark retested many popular devices. Among them, due to changes in test methods and firmware version updates, the total score was added to the “appeal” of successful products. The iPhone 11 was the most popular smartphone last year. The total score rose from 109 to 119, not losing to the flagship mobile phones in active service.

The iPhone 11, which used the latest version of the method to retake the shooting performance test, scored 129 for photos, 36 for zoom, and 109 for video performance. It got a total score of 119. The older score of 109 has improved significantly. It ranks 21 on the DxOMark overall list. In the same mobile phone tested with the latest version, its performance is second only to the Exynos version of the Galaxy Note 20 series and Google Pixel 5, and better than the OnePlus 8 Pro. For a mobile phone that has been launched for more than a year, the image function is still Outstanding.

According to DxOMark, the iPhone 11 can bring a more affordable price (especially after the iPhone 12 is launched again), bringing the shooting performance comparable to the iPhone 11 Pro Max except for the lack of a telephoto function. It has accurate and stable exposure performance, no matter when shooting outdoors or indoors, it can retain detailed imaging, and the ultra-wide-angle image performance is also very good. In terms of video, iPhone 11 also brings the dynamic range, color reproduction and exposure, and image details comparable to flagship phones, in addition to the lack of a telephoto lens.
