Among them, in the part of Geekbench, “Snapdragon 888” has paid 1,135 single-core and 3,794 multi-core, but this result is not as good as iPhone 12 Pro’s single-core 1,603 and multi-core 4,187. In the single-core performance that A series processors are particularly good at, the “Snapdragon 888” is not even as good as Apple’s previous generation A13 Bionic (1,331).
In GFXBench, which tests GPU performance, “Snapdragon 888” 86.00 fps is not as good as Apple devices equipped with A14 Bionic and A13 Bionic processors, including iPhone 12 series (102.24fps), iPhone 11 series (about 91 fps), and iPhone SE Of 89.7.
However, as far as the performance of the Android flagship machine is concerned, compared with the previous generation Snapdragon 865, “Snapdragon 888” still has a 23.5% single-core and 16.9% multi-core improvement. The GPU performance also exceeds the 35% announced by Qualcomm, reaching 55 %, but the technology website “AnandTech” believes that this is related to the use of faster LPDDR5-6400 memory in “Snapdragon 888”.
However, this is still one of the biggest GPU performance upgrades Qualcomm has ever experienced.
