An issue was found with one of the three Raptor engines.
According to Colin Watson’s Twitter, at 5 a.m. on March 24, I stumbled across a Raptor being brought from the launch complex to the construction site. Not sure if it will come out of SN11’s face
After the static fire test on March 22nd. The parameters of this static fire are better than the first, but through analysis SpaceX has come to the conclusion that one of the three engines does not meet the required specifications. must be replaced. So SpaceX will not be able to fly for the next 3 days. The SN11 engine will have to go through the second static fire test after the engine is replaced. SpaceX checks the SN11’s static fire rating very carefully before flying. This 2nd static fire will be on 26 March. If all engines are in good working order the SN11 will be flown on 29 or 30 March. Engine repair information is reported by Michael Baylor AND NASASPACEFLIGHT POSTED ON its twitter PAGE the evening of March 24th. “SpaceX will conduct a second static fire test after one of three Raptor engines on Starship SN11 had to be removed for repairs. The static fire could occur as soon as Friday, pending Raptor readiness and road closures. Besides, according to Trevor Mahlmann’s Twitter, an update is as follows: SpaceX Raptor engine 46 delivered just now in the early morning hours of March 25th, 2021.
