Harmony OS 2.0 – Huawei replaced android and it’s trying to be the next Apple!!

Huawei officially kicked off the launch of Harmony OS 2.0, its in-house operating system, and its replacement for Android. Huawei announced a new watch, a new tablet, and the all-new Harmony OS. Huawei also said it would be updating a massive list of 100 different Huawei Android phone models to Harmony OS over the next year. Huawei looks like it has three completely different operating systems that it calls “HarmonyOS.” First is the IoT and smartwatch version of HarmonyOS, based on Huawei’s LiteOS and open source. The second version of Harmony OS is for phones and tablets and is a fork of Android and uses the Linux kernel. And the third one is the ecosystem Huawei has built around all of its devices. Somehow, Huawei is calling this ecosystem Harmony OS. This ecosystem is the main reason that clarifies why Huawei is trying to be the next Apple. Having what seems like three different concepts share the same brand name leads to a lot of confusion. So in this video, we’ll look at the Harmony OS from start to finish and I’ll answer all the questions mentioned in the timestamps.
