It looks like GPU mining on cards from Nvidia and AMD including the RTX 3060, 3060 Ti, 3070, 3070 Ti, 3080, 3080 Ti, 3090, RX 6700 XT, 6800, 6800 XT, and 69000 XT will likely end soon thanks to a new EIP 3559 proposal. This new proposal will essentially make mining on GPUs a waste of time and should allow for a massive flood of GPUs to land on the second hand market.
