REMOVE AND FIX STUCK MOPHIE CASE FROM IPHONE 6S!!!

After contacting Mophie directly, their customer support could not help me remove the case. I had done research and seen that I was not the only person with this issue and nobody had said how exactly they removed the case from the phone. If you have this issue, this video shows how to fix the problem. I am happy to say that the phone is snug but removable. Hope this helps you!
