Your iPhone power button is not working and you’re stuck in a jam. This video will show you how to set up the virtual AssistiveTouch button and recommend some power button replacement and repair options.
We also recommend removing your iPhone’s case, just in case your case is inhibiting your ability to press down the button.
It’s also possible that there’s a firmware issue, so when you press the power button, your iPhone’s software doesn’t register the pressing. To try and fix this, perform a DFU restore.
