Welcome to my update for using Starlink in the UK on day 6. I feel like today, everthings changed. Sometihgn has happened with the roll out. It just seems to be working. It has went from being an intermittent service to a fully functional, challenge worthy contender for alternative broadband.
Stabilty : Check
Speed : Check
Future Proof : Check
Street Cred : I dont have any anyway.
Starlink is without question something that must be taken seriously. With the UK government considering this as an alterntive to FTTP for hard to reach areas, alarm bells must be ringing. My experiece tells me that this will, one day, become the main challenger to IPS’s everywhere IF the consistancy sticks.
Lets see what next week brings.
