Ok guys- you need to access the Windows task Manager-
ON WINDOWS 7 :: hit CTRL+ALT+DEL
it should bring you up to five options- hit the last one-
“windows task manager”
2nd:
look for “Apple Mobile Device” once you find this click on the lower option labled” services”
3rd:: find the service labeled “Apple Mobile Device”
After that right click it and hit properties.
once youve done that you check to see if the service is “started” if its not
click ” start” and if it stays started, well youve fixed it 🙂 congragulations.
******IF THE SERVICE DOESNT STAY STARTED*********
DELETE (UNINSTALL) ANY SOFTWARE YOUVE DOWNLOADED RECENTLY!!!!
because this will necessarly be the problem because you will be prompted with an error code/ problem ( DONT PANIC) just look into solving it the problem will probably be error CODE 1607
