There are only a few weeks left before Samsung (Samsung) announces the Galaxy S22 series flagship. Previous news has almost leaked the hardware specifications and design of this phone. However, for the top specifications of the “Galaxy S22 Ultra”, The naming method is still controversial.
According to the foreign source “@FrontTron”, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will probably not use the “Ultra” suffix, but will be called “Galaxy S22 Note” directly. Since “@FrontTron” had a certain degree of accuracy in the revelations of Samsung products in the past, the name change has a certain degree of credibility.
The previous revelations also pointed out that the design of the three Galaxy S22 models are not consistent. From the rendered renderings, it can be seen that the design language of the Galaxy S22 Ultra is more like the discontinued Galaxy Note series, with a more square design. Galaxy S22 and S22+ are more rounded.
In addition to changing the suffix to “Note”, another whistleblower “@_snoopytech_” today (12/13) stated that the Galaxy S22 and S22+ will be equipped with 8GB memory, 128GB~256GB storage capacity, and the flagship Galaxy S22 Ultra ( Or Note) will provide 12GB memory capacity, and there are also 16GB memory, 512GB storage capacity custom options.
Barring accidents, the Galaxy S22 series is expected to be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked event in February 2022, but Samsung has not yet announced the exact date for the event.
