Research and research company Apptopia released the 2020 global App rankings, listing the most downloaded and most profitable rankings. In terms of revenue, YouTube, which is familiar to Taiwanese people, can only be ranked third, and LINE ranked eighth.
Judging by net income, the global App champion is TikTok, which will receive 540 million U.S. dollars in 2020, and the second place is the dating software Tinder with 510 million U.S. dollars. The rest is mainly based on streaming audio and video platforms, such as YouTube (3), Diseny+ ( 4) Tencent Video (5), iQiyi (9), Netflix (10), and Line, which is frequently used by Taiwanese users, ranks eighth.

In 2020, TikTok is still the most popular download among teenagers. Although it is forced to sell in the United States, it still has a large number of users and has accumulated 850 million downloads.
