Today, the Red Magic gaming phone announced the screen refresh rate of Tencent Red Magic 6-165Hz.
Following the previous generation of 144Hz high refresh rate, Tencent Red Magic 6 has pushed the screen refresh rate to a new level. The 165Hz high refresh rate has also become the gaming phone with the highest refresh rate among domestic mobile phones.
In the past, the refresh rate of the mobile phone screen was 60Hz. Intuitively speaking, it can refresh 60 pictures per second. The 90Hz refresh rate screen can refresh 90 pictures per second, and the Red Magic 6 can refresh 165 pictures per second.
More pictures can be used for transition, which can bring a smoother and more consistent picture display effect. This is also the most direct visual change that a high refresh rate screen can bring us.
Specific to the game scene, the high frame rate mode has a smoother game screen. Currently, “QQ Speed” and “Peace Elite” already support high frame rate modes.
In addition, the Red Magic 6 still continues the tradition of air-cooled heat dissipation. The built-in high-speed centrifugal fan is up to 20,000 rpm, which is comparable to the engine speed of an F1 racing engine. The fan blades have increased to 59, and the maximum speed of the blade end is 14m/s. The new transparent canyon air duct design increases the air heat transfer coefficient by 500%, which can reduce the CPU core temperature by 16°C.
In terms of core configuration, Red Magic 6 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 flagship processor with a battery capacity of 4500mAh and supports 120W flash charging. It was officially released on March 4.
