Compared with the existing folding screens, the power consumption is significantly reduced, and the thickness of the polarizer is omitted, making it more suitable for folding. Such products can achieve the ultimate bending radius.
In addition, Shenzhen Tianma also disclosed the company’s AMOLED panel production capacity, saying that the company’s AMOLED business is currently mainly concentrated in the field of smart phones and smart wearables.
In the smart wearable business, the company has made breakthroughs and has become the main supplier of major brands in the wearable market.
In the flexible mobile phone business, the company’s mass-produced projects and projects under development have achieved full coverage of domestic brand customers. With the successive mass production of new projects and the continuous release of production capacity, shipments will continue to grow.
In addition, the Xiamen TM18 production line has completed the topping of the main plant, and the equipment continues to be moved in. It is expected to be lit and put into production in the first half of 2022. After the completion of the project, it will help the company’s flexible AMOLED production capacity to rank among the top three in the world.
