My impressions on Apple’s WWDC 2020 conference, Apple Silicon, App Clips, iOS 14, WatchOS 7, macOS Big Sur and the walled garden.
As a Software Developer who has owned a handful of both Apple and non-Apple devices, I wanted to give my opinion on everything announced at Apple’s WWDC 2020 event. Apple announced some nice updates, as well as some not that interesting ones and at the end of the day, time and the consumers (and developers) will tell what will be useful or not. Apple has always been a company which brought revolutionary new ideas to the tech world (of course always at a premium price), but has seemed to fall behind its competitors in the last few years. Will this WWDC be Apple’s redemption?…No, but it’s still worth a watch 😉
