Intel Vs AMD – Intel Upgraded CPU After 6 Years. Intel Upgraded lithography of their CPU, from 2015 Intel using 14nm FinFAT Transistor for their CPU, But now intel upgraded transistor size to 10nm SuperFin Transistor. As per Intel statement this transistor upgradation from 14nm to 10nm SuperFin Transistor this makes Intel Processors 60% more power efficient and 25% more faster than 14nm FinFAT Transistors. Those who don’t know much about transistors so let me tell you transistors plays an important role in every CPU, By combining billions of transistors one CPU gets created. More Transistors make CPU more power efficient and more powerful, fast and make it ready to do multi tasking, More transistors in CPU make more Clock Speed of CPU. This Update from intel is really revolutionary in Computer’s World.
Everyone wants to know what’s causing issues with Intel’s 10nm process. What makes me more concerned is that Intel has announced Rocket Lake – a backport of 10nm hardware to 14nm. If this is the case, what on earth is going on with Intel’s 10nm? What does this mean for Intel’s fabs going forward?
