BUG! Burbbs Scene 1 | Kronos 2.2.0 | Ryzen 7 5800H | RTX 3070 | 1440p

HOLLY HECK! It’s BUG! …BUG! is finally emulatable and at resolutions of up to and above 1440p, on anything other than SSF (where native resolution was the only one supported, and it had buggy backgrounds to boot), and bug free too! Man, what a way to kick off the year. This game is such an underappreciated gem, and I cannot stress that enough! Not only was it one of the first 3D platformers ever made, it was absolutely fantastic and truly unique.

Just sucks how it never got the attention it deserved, having been overshadowed Crash Bandicoot and Mario 64, both of which came out a year or two later. Not to take credit away from them, but damn, BUG! is so good, and so different from anything else that released ever since. Its levels were colossal, full of multiple paths to explore, 2 or 3 at every corner, hidden areas, and so on. BUG! might not have had the upperhand in graphics department when compared to the titles mentioned above, but it sure as heck had the gameplay.

BUG! is difficult tho, very difficult, and most unforgiving.
