This will allow you to OFFICIALLY activate your iPhone 3G(S) and iPhone 4 (only for firmware 4.0 – 4.0.2 due to the baseband not being able to be unlocked on anything higher)

Steps:
1. Open Redsn0w 0.9.6b6 (can be downloaded from the link below)
2. Select your proper firmware and check install Cydia + Deactivate (and any other settings that may apply)
3. Once its finished then connect to a Wi-Fi network and open Cydia
4. Go to sources and add the following source: http://repo.bingner.com/
5. Go into the binger source and install both SAM and SAMPrefs
6. Go into the Settings.app and go to SAM
7. Touch “De-Activate”
8. Activate via iTunes (Juts plug it in with iTunes open)
