The Coolpad COOL 20s 5G released on June 13 is the third product after Coolpad returned to the mainstream market in China. This time, Coolpad has pushed the cost-effectiveness to a new level, directly into the 100-yuan price segment, the Dimensity 700 dual 5G + 1080P screen + dual speakers + 5000W main camera.
Coolpad’s main shipping channel is actually offline, and its targets are obviously OPPO A56, Honor Play 30 Plus, vivo Y32, which are mass-market products for offline channels.
In order to better understand the entry-level phone market in the offline sinking market in 2022, we “prostituted” an OPPO A56 that was going to be bought for parents as a reference.
Exterior
Coolpad’s old operation is out of the way, and the packaging is environmentally friendly, but Coolpad’s official online usually comes with a 1:1 charging head in the form of a gift.

To be fair, the appearance of the Coolpad COOL 20s 5G has greatly exceeded our expectations for mobile phones of the same price, and it is much more pleasing to the eye than most thousand-yuan phones and even most flagships.
Normal offline entry thousand yuan machine

The world-leading 1318 dual speakers
Coolpad COOL 20s 5G inherits the 1318 symmetrical dual speakers of Coolpad COOL 20 Pro. “1318” represents the length and width, which means that there are two 1.3cm x 1.8cm speakers in the Coolpad COOL 20s 5G body.
What is this concept? The Redmi Note 11 Pro, which has a good external performance, uses 1115 speakers, and the vibration area of the 1318 dual-speaker unit is 40% larger than that of the 1115 speakers. The recognized “music phone” Mi 10 Pro / Mi 10S, their speakers are “just” 1216 specifications, it is so exaggerated.
