With the improvement of ISP and AI capabilities of Snapdragon 8+, a more powerful image experience will also be presented on Motorola’s new flagship.
It is reported that the Snapdragon 8+ adopts TSMC’s 4nm process technology, and the maximum frequency of the CPU’s Cortex-X2 super core has been increased to 3.2GHz. While the performance is improved, the power consumption of the Snapdragon 8+ has also been greatly optimized.
Officially, the CPU power consumption is reduced by about 30% compared with the Snapdragon 8, and the GPU power consumption is reduced by up to 30%, and the overall power consumption of the platform is reduced by about 15% compared with the Snapdragon 8.
In addition, Motorola’s new flagship is the first to launch a 200-megapixel Sensor with a unit pixel area of 0.64μm, which supports ChameleonCell pixel synthesis.
