According to 91mobiles, Nothing’s new phone, the Nothing Phone 1, is currently being auctioned on the Stockx platform, with a limited number of 100 units.
At present, the highest bid for the phone has reached $2,679 (about 18,000 yuan). In addition, these 100 mobile phones will be limited with laser engraving. The auction time ends at 9:00 EST on June 23.
Carl Pei, founder of Nothing, said the Nothing Phone 1 will be an iPhone replacement.
The most distinctive point of this mobile phone is the design of the back cover, the back is made of transparent material, and there are four-zone light bars inside, which not only plays a decorative role, but also can be used as an information prompt light, and the rolling light effect is illuminated in conjunction with incoming calls. It can also be used as a fill light when taking pictures.
It is understood that the machine adopts a four-sided equal-width design, the screen is in the form of a hole in the middle, and a straight screen solution is adopted. The screen size is 6.55 inches, the resolution is 1080×2400, and the refresh rate is 90Hz.
In addition, the phone has a built-in Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor and Adreno 642 GPU, 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage space, and is equipped with Nothing OS based on Android 12.
The official version of Nothing Phone 1 will go on sale on July 12, with an estimated retail price of about 30,000 rupees (about 2,550 yuan).
