At 9:00 this morning, @xiaomi mobile official WeChat officially announced that it will hold a new product launch conference at 7 p.m. on July 4 to launch the Xiaomi Mi 12S series flagship jointly developed by Leica.
Although the official information on the specific model has not been announced, heavy information has been leaked on the Weibo tails of Guanwei, Lei Jun, Lu Weibing and others.
It can be seen that Lu Weibing has replaced the super-large cup model “Xiaomi 12S Ultra” this time, which will also be one of Xiaomi’s top positioning products this year.
Interestingly, as the boss, Lei Jun did not use the strongest super cup, but replaced the standard version of Xiaomi Mi 12S.
Based on previous revelations, the Mi 12S series should have three models, namely Mi 12S, Mi 12S Pro, and Mi 12S Ultra.
Among them, Xiaomi Mi 12S will be an upgraded version of Xiaomi Mi 12. It will continue to use a small-size design. The screen, appearance, and basic configuration will remain basically unchanged.
The Xiaomi Mi 12S Pro is divided into two versions, and the basic configuration and design still continue the previous generation. The chips are divided into Snapdragon 8+ and Dimensity 9000, which will also receive Leica image bonus.
As for the Xiaomi Mi 12S Ultra, it is a brand new model. It is reported that it will use a 2K AMOLED flexible curved screen with a hole in the middle. It will be equipped with a maximum of 512GB of large-capacity storage and support 67W wired flash charging.
In terms of imaging, the rear three main camera solutions are adopted, including super-large bottom main camera, ultra-wide-angle and periscope telephoto, and it is expected to support OIS optical image stabilization.
