On June 28, Xiaomi officially announced that the Xiaomi imaging strategy upgrade and the new product launch of the Xiaomi 12S series will be held at 7 pm on July 4, when the Xiaomi 12S series will be officially released.
The official copy reads: “The new imaging concept, the future development direction of Xiaomi imaging, the #Mi 12S series# jointly developed by Xiaomi and Leica, a series of reborn new experiences, will start here.”

According to previous revelations, the Mi 12S may have three versions, namely Mi 12S, Mi 12S Pro and Mi 12S Ultra.
Among them, as the top flagship, Xiaomi Mi 12S Ultra is jointly built by Xiaomi and Leica. It has three rear cameras, including an ultra-large bottom main camera, an ultra-wide-angle and a periscope telephoto. It adds Leica image algorithms and supports 8K movie master Leica video filters. , supports Leica natural color and black and white filters and more.
