► Learn more about the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G !
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is largely expected to launch in January during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022.
The phone has been spotted on Geekbench recently and now its marketing images have leaked online. Its full
specification sheet has also leaked alongside, leaving very little to the imagination. Samsung Galaxy S21 FE
is reported to come in Qualcomm Snapdragon and Exynos models varying with region. The phone is likely to have
a similar design language as the Samsung Galaxy S21 series. It is seen to have a flat display with rounded
edges and a hole-punch screen design.
CoinBRS shared what it claims to be marketing images of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE ahead of launch. The images
suggest that the phone will come in four colour options — Black, Cream, Lavender, and White. It is seen to
have a triple rear camera unit on the back with a similar camera module design as the Galaxy S21 flagship range.
The phone’s selfie camera cutout sits in the top centre, and the volume and power buttons are placed on the right spine.

► Learn more about the Samsung Galaxy A72 !
The Samsung Galaxy A72 features a fresh new design, similar to what we saw with the Galaxy A52.
The 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display has a full-HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, and supports
HDR playback. The Samsung Galaxy A72 has an in-display fingerprint sensor, but I found it to be
very inconsistent with authentication and a bit sluggish too.
The Snapdragon 720G SoC is quite underpowered compared to the competition at this price, but it’s
still powerful enough to handle Android 11. Games ran really well too and titles such as Genshin
Impact had very playable framerates, with just some mild stutter intermittently. The Samsung
Galaxy A72 has a similar camera setup as the Galaxy A52, except that the depth camera has been
swapped for a more useful 8-megapixel telephoto camera. Photos captured by the main camera
were generally above average under good light. The telephoto camera captured strictly average photos.
If the Samsung name and features such as the IP rating and stereo speakers are what drew you towards
the Galaxy A72, I’d suggest buying the Galaxy A52 instead and saving some money.

► Learn more about the Samsung Galaxy A52 !
The Galaxy A52 is a part fo the A series and was launched alongside the Galaxy A72. The new Galaxy A52
has a big 6.5-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with a hole-punch display. It also has a fast 90Hz
refresh rate. The build is mainly plastic which isn’t the case with its competition. The Galaxy A52
is IP67 rated and you will find a rubber seal around the SIM tray to help keep water and dust out.
The smartphone has a 4,500mAh battery and is manageable for single-handed use. The battery is capable
of fast charging at 25W but you only get a 15W charger in the box.
The Galaxy A52 has a quad-camera setup at the back consisting of a 64-megapixel primary camera, a
12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera, a 5-megapixel macro camera and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
The camera performance is acceptable in daylight but the wide-angle camera does not capture as much
detail as the primary camera. Close-up were good and the Galaxy A52 clicks some good portraits.
The macro camera too was good in delivering a crisp output. Selfies taken from the selfie camera
were good and the camera did a good job in most lighting conditions.
The Galaxy A52 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720 processor which is a decent processor.
It is capable of delivering good performance and coupled with 6GB of RAM, multitasking too is easy.
Compared to some of the direct competitors of the Galaxy A52, the chipset feels underpowered.
The 4,500mAh battery delivers good battery life and the phone went for about a day and a half
with our usage. Charging times weren’t too long either with the charger topping the phone
up in about an hour and a half.
