While we do have lots of good phone this year but there’s one gem that I continuously love and use from last year.
The family model S20 might sound a little outdated now that we have S21 series but it seriously have some great features that makes some consumer shy away from the S21 lineup. Super AMOLED 120 hz
Lets start with the screen. It has a Super AMOLED 120 hertz screen. Even some flagship phones today dont offer it. The entry level iPhone 13 only has 60 hertz while Pixel 6 is just offering 90 hertz. This is a one year old phone. And to think the screen maxes out at 120 hertz is awesome.
IP68 Rating
Next is the IP68 water and dust resistant. Everytime a phone has extra protection like this, its always a peace of mind. You can submerged this phone on water 1.5 meters up to 30 minutes. If you love adventure, water activity or just going for travel, hiking or swimming, this is the perfect one device companion for you.
Snapdragon 865+
Next is the fast processor. The Snapdragon 865+. Its a 7nanometer + processor which is also power efficient. For the last few weeks this is my go to gaming phone because of the super responsive 120 hertz screen and that fast processor and big 6 gigs of RAM.
Huge 4500mAh Battery
Our next reason is the huge battery. And not just huge battery but combined with 25 watts fast charging, you can top this up just for over an hour. With the power efficient processor and possible dark mode for your AMOLED screen, you can easily go a day without charging it.
True Triple Camera
Next is the true triple camera setup. I know some devices with triple to quad camera setup but using time of flight sensir even the gimmicky macro and depth sensor.
MicroSD slot
Next is the microsd slot. And not all phones offer this functionality. Everytime you have a phone that has microsd slot, its almost no brainer to buy that.
5G connectivity
Next is 5G connectivity. At this day and age, all phones are beginning to move to 5G connectivity as it supports faster connectivity both download and upload.
Price
And lastly, the price. Ive been observing the used market and seeing this phone range from $350 to $500 us dollars.
