On the evening of July 21, Honor officially launched the new phone “Honor X40i”, targeting the thousand-yuan market, featuring thin and light diamond color design, large screen and large storage and fast charging.
Honor X40i is available in four colors: Rose Galaxy, Xingmeng Silver, Moyu Green, and Magic Night Black. It introduces a new diamond color galaxy design, triple texture overlay, romantic color spectrum, and uses the same diamond cutting process.
The design of the whole machine is light and thin, with a thickness of only 7.43mm and a light weight of 175g. It is the first time for a Honor mobile phone to use a flash sand middle frame and a microcrystalline embedded process.
The front is a 6.7-inch full-screen centered and hollowed out, with an ultra-narrow frame of 1.1mm, a screen-to-body ratio of 93.6%, LTPS LCD material, a resolution of 2388 x 1080, and supports Honor’s self-developed screen-by-screen color temperature calibration technology, JNCD<1.
The rear dual camera dual mirror dual ring shape, the main camera is 50 million pixels (F1.8), with a 2 million pixel depth of field lens (F2.4), supports 10x digital zoom, 1080p video recording.
The front camera is 8 million pixels, F2.0, and supports 2D face recognition.
The processor is MediaTek Dimensity 700 released in 2020, dual-core A76 2.2GHz plus six-core A55 2.0GHz CPU, Mali-G57 GPU.
Special support for memory expansion technology, 8GB can be expanded up to 5GB, equivalent to 13GB, 12GB can be expanded up to 7GB, equivalent to 19GB, multi-task switching is more flexible, popular games will not be killed if they hang in the background for 2 hours.

The Honor X40i is priced at 1599 yuan for 8GB+128GB, 1799 yuan for 8GB+256GB, and 1999 yuan for 12GB+256GB. It will be officially launched at 10:08 on July 22.
