The picture quality challenges the iPad Pro

The tablet category, which has undergone a major refurbishment in recent years, has given brands more motivation to launch new high-end products. Like Xiaomi, which announced the Xiaomi Pad 5 last year, it has recently begun to circulate the specifications of the next-generation model Xiaomi Pad 6 (Xiaomi Pad 6) in China.

When it comes to high-end tablet product benchmarks, most users will immediately think of the iPad Pro series, which offers 12.9-inch and 11-inch screen options. The latest news about Xiaomi Mi Tablet 6 seems to indicate that the manufacturer intends to enhance its performance in terms of screen specifications. The domestic whistleblower “Digital Chat Station” spoke on its Weibo account earlier, saying that Xiaomi purchased two screen panels: 12.4-inch 2,800 x 1,752 resolution LTPS and 10.61-inch 2,000 x 1,200 resolution a-Si LCD.

Some domestic media speculate that the top model of the new generation of Xiaomi tablet may have a screen performance that can challenge the iPad Pro, and the 10.61-inch screen mentioned in the news may be used for future Redmi brand tablet computers; of course, the new size model will also be used. This means that users may need to re-purchase accessories such as keyboard covers. Based on the current information, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 6 series may at least be equipped with the Snapdragon 888 chipset, and its performance will be better than the Snapdragon 870 used by the Xiaomi Pad 5.
