How to Fix Error The Application Was Unable To Start Correctly (0xc000003e) On Windows 10/11 PC
Step 1) Install .net framework
Run these commands
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:WCF-HTTP-Activation
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:WCF-NonHTTP-Activation

This will reinstall the .NET framework
Enable the .NET Framework
Turn Windows features on or off
Step 2) Perform System Restore
Step 3 Uninstall recently installed update

Step 4) Update Windows Using Media creation tool
