⚠ For Assassin’s Creed III, to fix the stutter issue, we can Alt + Tab to Windows, open Task Manager, go to Details, right click on AC3SP, choose Set affinity. Unpick all processors and only choose CPU 0 and CPU 1. After clicking OK, choose Set affinity and pick all 12 processors. It won’t improve the framerate but it can fix the weird FPS problem. This happens to my high end desktop PC and in AC: Brotherhood, too ⚠
