How to Root the Motorola Droid Ultra, Maxx, & Mini on Android 4 4 4 build SU6-7. This is the craziest Root Method i have ever done. Make sure you watch the whole video and ready the XDA thread.

Also if on windows 8 make sure you google how to turn of driver signature checks so that the qualcom drivers can get installed
