Troubleshooting:
#1 Make sure the iOS Was updated or restored via iTunes NOT OTA (Over The Air) From the device
#2 Make sure the Computer and the device has an internet connection.
#3 Make sure that the following settings are turned off before you start the Jailbreak process as stated in the tutorial: Find My iPhone, Password Lock & Touch iD this can all be turned back on after the Jailbreak is complete.
