The communication app LINE is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
To commemorate the 10th anniversary, the company has released a commemorative video “Thank you for 10 years” on a special site, and also presents original backgrounds.

LINE, which was released on June 23, 2011, celebrated its 10th anniversary today as of June 23, 2021.
Currently, LINE is the SNS application with the largest number of users in Japan, and the number of service users is 88 million. It is also deployed overseas such as Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia, and the number of global users reaches 187 million.

10th Anniversary Stamps drawn by 7 popular creators are now available
As 10th anniversary content, LINE has also started distributing 10th anniversary stamps of BROWN & FRIENDS collaboration drawn by 7 popular creators. New stamps will be released every week for a total of 7 weeks from June 17th to July 29th.
We are giving away an original background that can be used for free LINE calls
As 10th anniversary content, original background images that can be used for LINE video calls are also distributed free of charge. There are 5 types of images in total, including cute backgrounds featuring LINE characters and backgrounds with the 10th anniversary slogan “TO THE NEXT” logo.
