According to a PDF explaining Launch @ Apple, the program is aimed at first-generation college first and second year students majoring in finance, mathematics, economics, business, data analytics, and accounting.

You’ll have one-on-one contact with Apple mentors, giving you the resources to learn and the opportunity to grow on the job. Participants may have access to job shadowing, paid internships and externships.

In order for a student to apply for the program, the parent or legal guardian must not have a college degree and must be in the first or second year of college. You also want to learn about finance in a “fast-paced, innovative environment” and need to major in one of your areas of interest.

Apple is accepting applications until January 8, 2021 local time. Students wishing to participate in the program must provide detailed information such as school, GPA, resume and answer personal questions about life challenges, reasons for acceptance and content.
