DOCOMO has taken measures to enable mobile phone calls and data communications on mountain trails, such as by installing dedicated antennas and small base stations.
In addition, in places where electricity is not supplied in winter, we are installing and removing base stations according to mountain climbing scenes, and on September 16, we announced that we are expanding the area on some routes in the Northern Alps. .
For a limited time until early November, LTE communication is available on most of the Omote-Ginza and Ura-Ginza traversing routes in the Northern Alps.
