Recently, some netizens revealed that the fourth-generation iPhone SE will use a 6.1-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 60Hz and support Face ID. The front design is the same as the iPhone 13, but the back looks more like the iPhone XR. At the same time, the fourth-generation iPhone SE has only one lens, which uses the Sony IMX503 sensor, which is 1/2.55 inches. It supports deep fusion, smart HDR, portrait mode and 1080P movie mode, but it will not provide night mode. IMX503 is widely used in the iPhone product line and is the main camera of iPhone 11/11 Pro/11 Pro Max and iPhone 12 mini/12/12 Pro.
Inside the fourth-generation iPhone SE, it is equipped with A16 Bionic, with 6GB of memory and a maximum of 512GB of storage space. It also uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X70 modem and comes with a U1 UWB chip. The battery is 3000mAh and supports 20W wired charging and 12W wireless charging. According to previous reports, the fourth-generation iPhone SE will also be equipped with a USB-C interface and provide the same “custom button” as the iPhone 15 Pro to ensure that this model maintains its functional advantage.
It was previously reported that BOE may become the exclusive OLED panel supplier for the fourth-generation iPhone SE. Apple’s new model seems to have begun to enter the component procurement stage. Industry insiders estimate that Apple will order approximately 15 million OLED panels for the fourth-generation iPhone SE.
