Apple’s latest M1 iPad Pro is equipped with 8/16GB of RAM
In the spring conference event, Apple released the new M1 iPad Pro. For the first time, Apple emphasized some differences in RAM memory in iPad models.
It is understood that the 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro launched by Apple in 2021 use an 8-core CPU, an 8-core GPU M1 chip, and a connector. The larger 12.9-inch iPad also uses the latest Mini-LED screen, which Apple also refers to as “Liquid Retina XDR”.
And Apple has also made a storage option, up to 2TB. Apple also emphasized the amount of memory that each iPad can use.
It is understood that Apple’s latest iPad Pro will be pre-ordered on April 30, and the delivery time will be in late May.
New Apple TV 4K released
At the spring conference, Apple released a new Apple TV streaming media box, which replaced the Apple TV 4K launched in 2017. This new model still retains the name of the previous model, but the latest model is equipped with a more powerful A12 bionic chip, which can play HDR video at a higher frame rate.
And the remote control of the latest Apple TV 4K can be redesigned. The new remote control is more ergonomic and has added functions. And it’s thicker than the previous remote control, a five-way touch controller is added, and the sliding board that was complained about before is gone. The Siri search button has been changed to the side of the remote control.
It is understood that Apple has not redesigned the box body of the Apple TV box. The Apple TV box can only be placed on a shelf or in an entertainment center. Apple has a new feature that can use the light sensor on the iPhone to make the color of the computer screen better. Apple said that Apple is now cooperating with some content providers to allow the new Apple TV to have higher frame rate HDR content.
The 32GB of the latest Apple TV 4K starts at $179 and will be available for purchase on April 30th. The 64GB model starts at $199. The previous Apple TV HD is still on sale by Apple. This one has a resolution of only 1080p, but there is a new remote control that sells for US$149.
