Regarding Apple Watch Series 7, “renewal to flat edge design” and “addition of many new bands and dials” are expected.

No new healthcare features

Gurman just said the Apple Watch Series 7 will not have new healthcare features or related sensors.
 
The Apple Watch Series 7 has been revamped with a linear design, increasing in size from the current 40/44 mm to 41/45 mm, and reportedly expanding the display area.
