Apple Foundation Foundation

With the upcoming delivery of the Apple TV + original drama “Foundation” based on the novel by legendary science fiction writer Isaac Asimov, a new commentary video containing the highlights has been released on YouTube.

Scale that can never fit in one season

Apple TV +’s new drama “Foundation” is a spectacular epic based on the Hugo Award-winning novel series by science fiction Isaac Asimov. The original is said to have influenced the “Star Wars” series, and although attempts have been made to visualize it for many years, it has never been realized until this time.

This time, Apple has released a commentary video by David S. Goyer, a big screenwriter who has written scripts for the “Batman” trilogy, “GODZILLA Godzilla” and “Terminator: Dark Fate”. Along with his story, which is also an executive producer, the highlights of Season 1 are generously introduced.

As Apple unveiled its trailer at the June 2020 World Developers Conference (WWDC 2020), it’s clear that it’s expected to become the new flagship show for Apple TV +, spanning multiple seasons, just like the original. It can be expected to be a large-scale story. By the way, Goyer said in the past, “I want to complete this story in all 80 episodes.”

The distribution will start on September 24th, and the first 3 episodes out of 10 episodes will be released, and from the following week, new stories will be released one by one on Friday.
