While launching iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and watchOS 8, Apple also introduced an update to the iCloud.com website, introducing a new look for it.
The new web version of Apple’s iCloud mail design is similar to the iCloud App version of iOS/iPadOS 15. The interface is more concise, but the functions are basically the same. The color of the new version of the web page is lighter, the font has also been changed, and there is a new and smaller window for composing emails, which takes up less space.
Apple also launched the “Hide My Email” and “Custom Email Domain” functions on the main website of iCloud.com.
“Hide my email” is designed to allow users to create one-time emails that are forwarded to their primary email address. Using this feature, users can create different e-mail addresses for different websites to avoid receiving spam.
The custom email domain name is designed to allow customers to use their own custom email address to bind iCloud mailboxes. Users can choose to share a custom domain name by themselves or with their family members.
