The roundness and width of the display corners are different
According to him, the displays on the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 + have more rounded corners and wider width than the Galaxy S21 series.

Is the aspect ratio different from the current model?
The followers have commented that the aspect ratio of the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 + will be different from that of the Galaxy S21 series if the width is widened.
Yes, s20 and s21 series adopted 20: 9 aspect ratios but next S series will be a little wider (19.3: 9 for s22 ultra and 19.5: 9 for s22 & s22 +). Courtesy of @UniverseIce
