At the start of the new week, we have a little tip for everyone who likes to use the App Store & iTunes cards to refill their Apple credit. At the moment, the grocery discounter Penny offers an additional 15% bonus credit on top of it when you buy a card worth 25, 50 or 100 euros online. The action is limited in time, so you shouldn’t wait too long.
Buy Apple credit online & redeem it on your iPhone
The fact that various drugstores and supermarkets keep adding an additional amount to App Store & iTunes cards, which are known to be used to pay for all kinds of Apple services, is nothing new. As a rule, you have to go to the respective shop to buy one or the other card. At the discounter Penny you currently have the opportunity to get credit cards worth 25 euros, 50 euros and 100 euros with an additional bonus credit of 15 percent on their Penny Kartenwelt website.
To the Apple credit offer at Penny
The promotion starts today and runs until October 31, 2021. After you have paid for the respective card online, you will receive a credit code by email, which you must have redeemed by November 14th at the latest in order to be automatically credited with the bonus. With the 15% bonus, the available credit per card increases as follows:
- 25 euros + 3.75 euros = 28.75 euros
- 50 euros + + 7.50 euros = 57.50 euros
- 100 euros + 15 euros = 115 euros
To redeem the Apple credit and add it to your Apple ID, open the App Store app on your iPhone and tap or on the right on your profile icon. Then go to “Redeem card or code” and enter the code manually.
As soon as you have redeemed the code, you can use the credit including the bonus amount as usual, e.g. Use it for apps, in-app purchases, games, subscriptions such as Apple Music and Apple TV +, and iCloud storage.
