The document filed with the FCC suggests that Tesla vehicles will be equipped with digital keys that support ultra-wideband (UWB) in next-generation vehicles.
From the application information, it is shown that the Tesla car may also adopt the next-generation vehicle of the company that BMW has adopted as “BMW Digital Key Plus (UWB compatible Apple Car Key)”.
According to iMore, Hyundai, which is rumored to be collaborating in the manufacture of Apple Cars, will also launch a vehicle that supports UWB at the end of 2021.
