Sony is holding a campaign to win 10 types of prizes by lottery, such as gift certificates worth 100,000 yen that can be used at official stores.

From January 1st to February 1st, 2022, Sony is holding a “My Sony ID Campaign New Year Present” where you can win gift certificates worth 100,000 yen by lottery. You can only apply once per person, and you can choose from two types of prizes to apply. The contents of the gift and the number of winners are as follows.
- Sony store gift certificate worth 100,000 yen (5 people)
- Sony store gift certificate worth 50,000 yen (10 people)
- PlayStation Store ticket for 5,000 yen (20 people)
- mora points for 5,000 yen (20 people)
- Reader Store coupon for 5,000 yen (20 people)
- PostPet piggy bank (10 people)
- So-net 25th Anniversary “Momo” Tote Bag (5 people)
- Wine opener set in a wooden box (10 people)
- Ballpoint pen with logo (12 people)
- Golf ball with logo (5 people)
This campaign is targeted at people who have registered for “My Sony ID”, and if you apply from the original app “My Sony App”, the winning probability will be tripled.
The application condition is that you live in Japan and apply with your My Sony ID, and if you win, you will receive an email from Sony around the end of February 2022. Some prizes will be mailed directly to the registered address.
Sony regularly runs campaigns to win points worth 100,000 yen. Last month, the “year-end campaign” was held.
On January 1st, Sony posted a tweet on its official Twitter account calling for participation in the campaign.

Gift certificates that are prizes for the campaign can be used on official online strikes, etc., such as the SIM-free model of Xperia 1 III released on November 19, 2021 and the wireless announced in September 2021. It can be used to purchase a wide range of products such as earphones “WF-C500”, cameras, and TVs.
