Apple’s design resources website newly provides PNG model images: including iPhone 13 / Pro series, etc., can be used without Photoshop

IT Home News on January 7th, according to 9to5 Mac reports, Apple has recently updated its Apple Design design resources webpage, which provides designers and application developers with quite useful things. The company provides PNG files of almost all device models on the website, which is very friendly to users who do not have Photoshop.

IT Home is informed that Apple provides model diagrams of its equipment to help designers and developers promote their applications. However, these models only provide PSD files, so they can only be opened with Photoshop and some other image editors that can read this format.

Now, most of the model diagrams provided by Apple can also be used as PNG image files, so they can be opened and edited by almost any image editor, even the most basic editor. This update was confirmed by Apple design evangelist Mike Stern on Twitter.

Now, when you download a model diagram on Apple’s website, you will get two versions, PSD and PNG. It is worth noting that the PNG version comes with transparency, so you can easily edit it with the screenshot and background you want.

However, it should be noted that these model drawings are downloaded in the form of DMG files, so you cannot extract them on a Windows PC or even an iPad.

You can download these and other official Apple model diagrams on the Apple developer website.
