Greg Joswiack, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, praised on social media photos of cats taken in macro shooting mode on the latest iPhones.
Detailed depiction of cat’s eyes, nose, and hair details
Joswiack (@gregjoz), who doesn’t have a lot of tweets, posted a comment praising a rare photo taken with an iPhone.
This level of “cat” photo is a joke (in the original text, “kitten me” instead of kidding me)! Great #ShotOniPhone photo, Hana!
You’ve got to be kitten me with this level of detail! Love these #ShotOniPhone photos, Hannah! Https://t.co/mn64C5FMlO

Macro shooting can be selected on / off
iPhone13 Pro and iPhone13 Pro Max support macro photography. Thanks to a new ultra-wide-angle camera with an advanced lens and autofocus system, you can focus on close-ups as close as 2 centimeters and take crisp, stunning close-ups.
Macro shooting in photo mode and video mode is done automatically, but you can also control the automatic switching to macro shooting.
When “Macro Shooting Control” is on, a macro button will appear in the camera app when you bring your iPhone closer to the subject within the macro shooting distance. Tap the macro button to turn off the automatic switching of macro shooting, and tap it again to turn on the automatic switching of macro shooting.
