On March 1, 2022, the Internet Initiative Japan’s IIJmio Mobile Service, an MVNO service for individuals, has a monthly option charge for the “Call Flat-rate Option” for users who have newly applied for and are using the voice SIM of the IJmio Mobile Service Gigaplan. Announced that the “4th consecutive year share No. 1 commemorative campaign[Call flat-rate option discount benefit]” will be held from March 1st to April 30th, 2022, with a discount of 410 yen including tax for 13 months.
All-you-can-eat miofone dial + is now 990 yen including tax
In the “4th consecutive year share No. 1 commemorative campaign[Call flat-rate option discount benefit]”, the following monthly flat-rate option charges will be available to users who are newly applying for and using the voice SIM of the IJmio mobile service Gigaplan. You will get a 410 yen discount including tax for 13 months.
- Miofone dial call flat rate 5 minutes +
- Miofone dial call flat rate 10 minutes +
- All-you-can-eat miofone dial +
If you apply for these flat-rate calling options during this campaign period, the miofone dial flat-rate 5 minutes + will change from 500 yen including tax to 90 yen including tax for 13 months from the month you start using the miofone dial. Flat-rate 10 minutes + will be from 700 yen including tax to 290 yen including tax, and Miofone dial unlimited call + will be from 1,400 yen including tax to 990 yen including tax.
Announcing a new rate plan from April 1st
IIJmio has announced that it will reduce the monthly basic charge from April 1, 2022. This reduction in the monthly basic charge applies not only to new subscribers but also to users under contract.
Therefore, after April 1st, the monthly fee will be 8 yen (tax included) cheaper than the amount shown in the chart below. The amount of money that will be cheaper depends on the new contract or the Giga plan under contract.
