MediaTek announced the Dimensity 9000+ on June 22, 2022.
Improved operating frequency than Dimensity 9000
The Dimensity 9000+ system-on-chip (SoC) uses the Arm v9 CPU architecture and the Cortex-X2 core operates up to 3.2GHz (3.05GHz on the Dimensity 9000).
The Dimensity 9000+ is a combination of one Cortex-X2 core, three Cortex-A710 cores, and four Cortex-A510 cores.
With these CPU cores and the Arm Mali-G710 MC10 GPU, Dimensity 9000+ has more than 5% better CPU performance and more than 10% better GPU performance than Dimensity 9000.
Dimensity 9000+ equipped smartphone will be released after July
Smartphones with Dimensity 9000+ will be available in the third quarter of 2022 (July-September).
