JR West has released a new digital information board that guides you to your destination individually in the station facility in conjunction with your smartphone. The new digital information board is a mechanism that displays a mark dedicated to each user when the destination is registered in advance on the user’s smartphone, and a dedicated mark and the direction of travel are displayed when approaching the digital information board.
In addition, on the concourse floor, information on restrooms, coin lockers, bus terminals, etc. is displayed.
Destinations that can be set are outside the ticket gates of station facilities, and information boards will be installed at five locations, including near the ticket gates of new stations.
