If you wish to pick up your order at a store, you will need to select “Receive at a docomo Shop” after completing your order and payment, and make an appointment at the store. Usage fee is free.
As of August 8, 2022, 1,616 docomo shops nationwide are eligible for this service.

In September 2022, DOCOMO will also offer a service in which users will have mobile phones and smartphones purchased at the docomo online shop for model changes and contract changes delivered to their homes by docomo shop staff and support for data migration and initial settings. It will be held from 10:00 a.m. on the 1st.
When using this service, it is necessary to make a reservation for the desired delivery date after completing the order and payment at the docomo online shop. The usage fee is 4,400 yen including tax per order, and will be billed together with the monthly telephone bill.
As of August 8, 2022, 57 docomo Shops nationwide are eligible for this service.
