While everyone has been waiting for iOS 16 and the new version, Apple just released a major update that fixes a serious security flaw on iPhones, iPads, and Macs.
This summer, all the news is about the next iPhone, the new Apple Watch, when the new iPad will be released, and when will iOS 16 arrive. But we can’t forget now, luckily Apple didn’t, so they just released a major update. And all updates are important, even if they are no news in the eyes of users, but when they tell you they are fixing not one but two bugs in addition to being discovered, it may also be used to execute on our devices Malicious code.
This major security flaw only exists on devices running iOS 15, so don’t worry if your iPhone or iPad is excluded from this update. However, if you update to this one-year-old version, you should update to version 15.6.1 of iOS and iPadOS immediately so that no one can use these bugs on your device. The update has also been released to macOS Monterey 12.5.1 to fix these same bugs on Mac computers and watchOS 8.7.1 to fix an issue that caused some Apple Watch Series 3 models to restart unexpectedly.
